Today’s Song of the Day is brought to you with perfect timing in the midst of Summer. Liverpool quartet Circa Waves seem to have a very distinct sound of early indie rock and as a result have been taking the alternative music scene by swarm . Surprisingly though, the origins of Circa Waves haven’t been as easy as their current success, with frontman Kieran starting the band as a last resort before giving up of music and resuming a more failsafe career somewhere else. Thankfully his move paid off and it appears that they’ll be sticking around for a while.
